This Opening also marks a very strong step for the network Heiko with the arrival of two new franchisees who know Heiko like the back of their hand. Vincent and Aurélien spent 5 years to run and bring to life the Heiko restaurant on Rue des Ayres in Bordeaux. An obvious decision for them: to move to the other side of the counter and to undertake with a brand they perfectly master. Their expertise and passion now see Heiko shining in this new kiosk at Mériadeck! ☀️
