Heiko Poké: Heading for the capital

Founded in 2018 in Bordeaux by Ugo Truxler, Heiko Poké has rapidly conquered Nouvelle-Aquitaine thanks to its original recipes and commitment to healthy, sustainable food. Since autumn 2024, the brand has embarked on a new stage of its development with the opening of its first two restaurants in Île-de-France: Nanterre and Paris 9th arrondissement.

A Hawaiian-inspired setting with 54 seats

The latest addition, located just a stone's throw from the Nanterre-Université RER A station, covers 126 m² and offers 54 seats in a Hawaiian-inspired setting. Each dish is prepared on-site, daily, with ultra-fresh ingredients received that very morning.
