Heiko hires Mohamed Cheikh

Less than a month after the opening of Chik’Chill, a fried chicken brand co-created with the Bertrand group, Mohamed Cheikh has teamed up with Heiko. He is bringing his creativity and his name to a new poke recipe, offered as a limited edition for six months.

Heiko, the poké bowl specialist brand, is teaming up with Chef Mohamed Cheikh To create a limited edition recipe to taste All summer. We loved this creation named the Shibuya made up of Salmon ultra fresh, deliciously Coleslaw twisted with wasabi, of slices of Cucumber crispy, from Ginger marinated, of Wasabi crunch explosives, of a Lawyer fondant, adorned with a Citrus soy sauce, with a touch of grenade and seeds of sesame. Heiko sets up in Marseille

The Polynesian restaurant chain HEIKO (headquarters in Bordeaux/Gironde) has opened its first restaurant in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur in Marseille at the Prado Shopping centre. The establishment spans 68 m² with 22 indoor seats and a 20-seat terrace. This is the chain's 20th location.
