The magic of Christmas put into practice to spoil our clients

During this enchanting period, we distinguished ourselves with a unique approach to celebrating Christmas with our clients.

We haven't just offered pokés and special winter creations: this year, we've created a magical and caring experience for all our customers.

Who said that the magic of Christmas is only for films on TF1?
In our home, the magic of Christmas is not limited to fairy tales!

Within the team, we are aware of the importance of inspiring dreams and sharing kindness.

The goal? To make this Christmas period even more magical for our customers. ✨

Working closely with Father Christmas – a big fan of poké bowls – we’ve given our customers the chance to interact directly with him through letters.

To participate, all you had to do was:

Order a poké between 4 and 24 December on any ordering channel
Scan the QR code that came with your order to access the online questionnaire.
To assess if we've been good this year, then to write our Christmas wish to Father Christmas

On Christmas Eve, we drew 5 lucky winners from the participants, who were revealed on their Instagram accounts. So, 5 customers were fortunate enough to receive an early Christmas present on 24th December.

A Little Check-Up for a Big Impact

This operation was a fun and interactive way to make Christmas even more special for our customers, who shared all their Christmas wishes with us.

Material gifts, holidays, unusual experiences, and even convivial family moments – no fewer than 600 clients took part in our game to express their dearest wish.

Among them, here are the wishes of the 5 winners drawn by lot:

A meal for my large family
A parachute jump
A foie gras poké
AirPods Pro
A cactus without thorns

The winners were presented with their prizes in early January.
