In this enchanting season, we have set ourselves apart with a unique approach to celebrating Christmas with our customers.

We didn't just offer pokés and special winter creations: this year, we created a magical, caring experience for all our customers.

Who said the magic of Christmas was reserved for TF1 movies?
Here, the magic of Christmas is not limited to fairy tales!

Within the team, we are aware of the importance of making people dream, of sharing goodwill.

Our aim? To make this Christmas season even more magical for our customers. ✨

Working closely with Santa Claus - a great fan of pokés - we offered our customers the chance to exchange letters directly with him.

To participate, all you had to do was :

Order a poké between December 4 and 24 on any order channel
Scan the QR code supplied with your order to access the online questionnaire
Evaluate whether you've been good this year, then write your Christmas wish to Santa Claus.

On Christmas Eve, we drew 5 lucky winners from the participants who were revealed on their Instagram accounts. 5 customers had the chance to receive an early Christmas gift on December 24.

This operation was a fun and interactive way of making Christmas even more special for our customers, who shared all their Christmas wishes with us.
