Created in 2018 in Bordeaux, the brand is experiencing strong expansion in France and internationally. It currently has 25 establishments and focuses on fresh, colourful, and customisable cuisine.

Soon a new poke bowl chain in lower Siam, in Brest

The lower part of Siam, in Brest, will soon be home to a new restaurant. At 20, rue de Siam, the premises next to Beurre Salé, and formerly occupied by the real estate agency Thépot, will see the installation of Heiko, a Bordeaux-based poké bowl chain currently comprising around twenty restaurants. Undergoing renovation, the establishment is expected to open before the summer.
