Healthy franchising in the Paris region
After celebrating its arrival in the capital in September, Heiko Poké is now investing in the suburbs with the opening of a restaurant in Nanterre (92) near the Nanterre Université RER station, in a 126m2 space (seating for around 50).
With its dozen or so poké recipes blending Hawaiian, Asian and French culinary influences, Nanterre-born franchisee Vincent Revol, whose first venture into the restaurant business, aims to offer "a fast, healthy, quality alternative".
Founded in 2018 in Gironde, the brand boasts some 15 establishments in major cities (Bordeaux, Caen, Nantes...) and seaside towns (from the Arcachon Basin to the West Indies), and is preparing to break the 15 million euro sales barrier this year. Ugo Truxler, the company's CEO, aims to have 50 restaurants by 2026.

After Paris's 9th arrondissement, Heiko Poké expands his network
with the opening of its new location in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine). The brand, which specializes in poké, invites guests to enjoy a gourmet break in a typically Hawaiian setting, measuring 126 m and seating 54.
"I'm delighted to open my first restaurant in Nanterre, my city and that of the whole team! Gourmets, sports enthusiasts and lovers of good recipes, the pokés will be prepared with passion for a real pleasure to enjoy!" said Vincent, the franchisee and manager of the Heiko Poké Nanterre restaurant.

Poke specialist Heiko continues to expand, with two new locations inaugurated in November. The first, on November 13 in Pessac, marked a symbolic expansion in the Bordeaux region, where it all began for the brand. A week later, Heiko set up shop in the Nanterre area of Paris.

Heiko pulls out all the stops with scratch tickets for Christmas

2024: A successful year full of prospects for Heiko
The year 2024 was a real turning point for Heiko, marked by strong expansion, tasty innovations and unprecedented customer satisfaction. The brand has taken advantage of market opportunities to position itself as one of the leaders in the poké bowls sector in France.
2024 marked a major expansion for Heiko, with the opening of 8 new poké spots. The brand reached a new milestone, setting up in Dubai and the Paris region in particular, while continuing to expand in France. These openings have enabled Heiko to consolidate its position as the 2ᵉ leading player in poké bowls in France, a performance that conrms the growing appeal of the concept. These new spots have also enabled the brand to capture an even broader customer base.
