Where to eat a good
poké bowl in Paris?

This is a real return to the roots of poké, to its Polynesian origins. The pokés are prepared with ultra-fresh ingredients received each morning, worked and assembled on site. We particularly like the Mahalowith marinated salmon, cream cheese with cooked tuna, avocado, cabbage, cucumber, fried onions, seeds and sweet chili mayo sauce, as well as the Copal with marinated chicken, lemon mayo, guacamole, carrots, mango, edamame, pomegranate, cashew nuts and lemon vinaigrette, which are a real treat... The portions are generous, but we still recommend you finish with one of their acaï bowls to fill up on vitamins! Enjoy on site, takeaway or delivery.

France's number 2 poké bowl retailer aims to accelerate its growth through franchising.

While it has around 20 establishments, the brand created by Ugo Truxler in 2018 aims to reach 50 points of sale by 2026. It is counting in particular on the next Salon de la Franchise to recruit a dozen future franchisees.

Having taken its first steps in Paris last September with the installation of a restaurant on the Grands Boulevards, then in Nanterre in the university district, it is gradually establishing its reputation, while benefiting from the current craze for healthier cuisine. Well established in the South-West and in major cities in Western France, Heiko Poké still has many territories to conquer.

With the opening of 12 new restaurants this year, the brand plans to recruit 72 employees to support its growth.
