Visit 2018, Bordeaux Ugo Truxler launches Heiko Poké, his brand of mostly homemade poke bowls, «to stand out pokés to compose see all over the place», he confides. 

Toulouse is the 22nd restaurant after Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Blois, Angoulême and Angers. And soon Paris in the 13th arrondissement. Heiko confirms his ambition 50 restaurants by the end of 2027.

The Heiko poké bowls chain has opened its first restaurant in Toulouse, Place de la Trinité, at the end of November. It's a a new fast-food address focused on balance and indulgence, which is part of a booming market.
