The desired profile

Do you have the soul of a franchisee, Heiko?

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs or investors, with:

If you recognise yourself, join Heiko as a franchisee!

Any questions?

Does one need to have experience in the restaurant industry to become a franchisee?

No, prior experience in the restaurant industry is not required at Heiko Poké Bowls. Most franchisees in the network come from other sectors. The brand makes the business accessible through a clear operations manual and 360-degree support, including team training and recruitment. Success relies on management, leadership, and commercial acumen.

We will support you in your search for premises by mobilising our national and local partners to identify opportunities suitable for your concept.
This research is conducted in close collaboration with you, the franchisee. We progress together at each stage: you are actively involved in prospecting, and we work jointly to analyse, qualify and secure each lead. We help you to structure your approach, verify essential criteria and make the right decisions, in order to accelerate the project while limiting the risks.

The franchise agreement duration is 7 years.
A franchise agreement is a contract between a franchisor and a franchisee. It allows the franchisee to operate an existing structured brand, concept, and know-how, while benefiting from the network's support, in exchange for adherence to certain rules and the payment of royalties.

We also support you with all key partners (brokers, accountants, banks, tradespeople and other professionals). We have been working for several years with a comprehensive network of professionals, both nationally and locally.

Our partners are by no means mandatory, but they are strongly recommended, for very concrete reasons:
We have a long-standing working relationship.
The various trades know each other, know us, and know how Heiko works.
Result: time saving, money saving, and fewer risks of blockages or errors.

Conversely, when a franchisee chooses service providers outside of our network, we usually find it results in wasted time and sometimes additional costs, as they are unfamiliar with the brand and our methods, and we have no experience of their reliability or efficiency.

The total investment is estimated at approximately €350,000 for a Heiko restaurant on a site of around 80 m², excluding property costs (purchase of premises, premium, lease rights).

Yes, you can freely choose your location, as long as the area is available and validated in terms of potential.
The objective is not to open a restaurant for the sake of opening a restaurant, but to build a profitable and sustainable project in the long term. Each location is therefore studied to guarantee real economic consistency and performance potential.

Since its creation in 2018, and its opening to the franchise model in 2020, Heiko has only grown. The network currently has 26 outlets, in France and abroad (Dubai, St Barts, etc.).
Beyond new openings, the brand’s financial performance confirms the strength of its concept. Between 2024 and 2025, Heiko recorded a year-on-year increase in like-for-like sales – that is, comparing only restaurants that have been open for more than two years – of +17%. This momentum shows that the poké market remains buoyant and that the Heiko brand continues to evolve, with growth driven both by the expansion of the network and by improved performance at existing restaurants.
