Heiko Poké, France’s leading poké bowl brand and the second-largest player in the French market, is continuing to expand in response to the growing popularity of healthy fast food (601,000 French people visit such outlets every week, and 18–64-year-olds eat this type of food up to four times a month).
With a market of 200 million pokés consumed each year in France (Source: Gira Conseil), the brand achieved a turnover of €9.5 million in 2024, selling over 550,000 pokés and opening 8 new restaurants. In 2025, it plans to open 12 new establishments, relying on a successful franchise model.

Founded in Bordeaux in 2018, the restaurant chain Heiko Poké is accelerating its expansion. Already operating 20 establishments in France, the company has announced 12 new franchise restaurants in 2025, as well as the recruitment of 72 employees. The network, which claims to be the second-largest poké bowl chain in France, intends to develop in particular in the East of the country.
Particularly well established in the South West (Anglet, Angoulême, La Teste…) and in the major cities of western France (Caen, Angers, Nantes, Blois, Tours), the company has already opened eight locations in 2024. It is aiming for 50 points of sale by 2026. It currently employs 110 people for a turnover of 9.5 million euros in 2024.
