Heiko Poké arrives in Toulouse and unveils his goal of reaching 50 restaurants by 2027

The Bordeaux-based Heiko Poké brand takes a new step in its development with the opening of its first restaurant in Toulouse on November 26, 2025. This location in the Ville Rose, in the heart of the quartier des Carmes on Place de la Trinité reveals a methodical expansion strategy which aims to achieve 50 sites by the end of 2027, or more than doubling the current network of 22 restaurants.

As its name suggests, Heiko Poké Bowl offers Poke Bowls. It's a chain of franchises in full expansion.
