The Bordeaux-based Heiko Poké brand takes a new step in its development with the opening of its first restaurant in Toulouse on November 26, 2025. This location in the Ville Rose, in the heart of the quartier des Carmes on Place de la Trinité reveals a methodical expansion strategy which aims to achieve 50 sites by the end of 2027, or more than doubling the current network of 22 restaurants.

Polynesian restaurant chain HEIKO (headquartered in Bordeaux/Gironde) has opened its first restaurant in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, in Marseille's Prado Shopping Center. The 68 sq. m. establishment seats 22 indoors and has a 20-seat terrace. This is the company's 20th address.
