Heiko Poké arrives in Toulouse and reveals its goal of reaching 50 restaurants by 2027.

The Bordeaux-based brand Heiko Poké is taking another step in its development with the opening of its first restaurant in Toulouse on 26 November 2025. This development in the Pink City, in the heart of the The Carmes district on Trinity Square reveals a Methodical expansion strategy aiming to achieve 50 establishments by the end of 2027, which is more than a doubling of the current network of 22 restaurants.
